Jason Dale

In his final year of music school, Jason took a summer job in a cutting room. He found the experience intoxicating – the sounds of splicers cutting film, splicing tape being applied, and the constant buzz of rewinds. It changed the course of his career from music teacher to film editor. Two decades later, the magic of the craft has only increased for him and he's racked up an impressive list of credits. Like many editors, Jason's musical background contributes to the pace and dynamism of his cuts. That sense of rhythm, an acute attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are all traits of a skilled editor says Jason. Outside work, he loves jazz, travel, scotch and Sci-Fi movies.
